Our parents are very special people, who have spent their whole lives serving and helping others (including us - their 6 daughters) Just one of countless things they did while we were growing up was to take all 6 of us on family vacations every year. We know now this was not always a vacation for them, nor was it easy to make it happen. But they did it to show us and let us experience America and see American History! By the time we grew up, we had been to all 48 contigious states! And in 2001, Mom & Dad went on a cruise to Alaska, making it their 49th state. HAWAII is the only state in this great country that they have not been.
We are going to make it happen this year to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversay!
